Truthfully won’t be coming back again, ordered food which took forever as there was only two staff but massive ques. Tried ordering online and it wouldn’t take my voucher code. Food then took 30 minutes, my kids were starving. Really bad presentation of food, everything look dried out and most of it was cold but to be honest due to us waiting so long we were happy with anything. My steak that was meant to be rare was almost medium. My partner ordered a sandwich as when we go into the Que it was before 3pm, the lady at the bar still took the order even though it was now 3:15. To then be told ten minutes later her couldn’t have the sandwich. We then gave dessert a try, my daughter ordered strawberries and pineapple. When it came out we were given just a plate of pineapple and when I said there was meant to be strawberries the response was “I thought someone had told you we don’t have any strawberries”. The lady did get us a little jelly pot which was nice but even still. Overall not the best experience and still £60 down.

Went on a very busy Friday afternoon, was served by Michelle, who was very patient with us, we booked for 6 but turned up with 7 guests, so it was a big order. Michelle was awesome with her customer service and made us feel very welcome. I left my purse by mistake which was found and Michelle recognised me straight away when went back to collect. Thankyou Michelle.

Been here a few times and no problems, this time the service was terrible, ordered an onion bargee started that was supposed to have salad with it but didn't so told the server who said he would ask but never came back so I never ate it but still had to pay

The pub was very busy but the team were so friendly. There was a wait on the food times which was to be expected but when the food arrived it was delicious !

As a party of 6 and a 2 year old, We decided to order our food through the app, which was easy enough. Our drinks came within 5 minutes and came all at once (NOT the case with our food). 2 meals came first after around a 30 minute wait. Then another 2, 10 minutes later. Then my partner, my daughter and I had ours another 30 minutes later, in the meantime I had asked a member of staff how long my food would be as the rest of the group had finished their food by then. His reply was “let me go to the toilet first and I’ll come and find you”, not the reply I wanted or expected.
After finishing our food, I went to the bar and asked very nicely if I could speak to a member of staff who could issue me a partial refund as we waited an hour and had to eat our food 30 minutes after the rest of the table. The managers reply was “if you had come to the bar we would have told you it was an hours wait”. I had told her that’s not the case as half of the order was out within 30 minutes. This was then followed on by multiple excuses that made no sense and a “we can’t do anything to help you as you’ve already paid for your food”. Not once had any member of staff asked us if everything was ok with the food or if there was anything we needed. THE worst experience I’ve had anywhere.
We were also not the only ones as a table next to us had exactly the same issue. Avoid this restaurant at all costs as they clearly don’t take customer service seriously.

Great experience’ customer service was excellent and so polite and food was nice and hot when came and didn’t have to wait long for food. Would highly recommend.
